When will my order ship out?

Every single product has a different turn around time which is displayed on the product and the cart. There are a few exceptions around holidays but our team will let you know if for some reason we can not make your deadline.

How can I track my custom order?

Tracking your order is as easy as logging into your account, viewing your order and seeing if it is still processing or if it has shipped. If your order was shipped a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you have any questions on your orders contact us here and we will be happy to help you out!

What is your return policy?

On Custom Products: We do not offer cash back refunds on custom products since a proof is approved before production on every transaction. However, if their is an artwork error or mis-communication we will do our best to remake your order in the given time frame.

What currency are your prices listed in?

We are a USA based company and all prices are in USD (United States Dollar)
